Bio: 



Parm takes pride in providing a client-focused law practice.  Born and raised in Surrey, B.C., Parm has been actively involved in helping clients from all walks of life with a variety of legal issues.   Parm’s guiding principles have been to ensure clients needs are met through effective communication and application of the law.  Throughout his legal career, Parm has gained knowledge and experience in dealing with a diverse practice of law.  Parm has also been a mentor to several prospective law students and continues to guide young students eager to start their careers in law.  Parm also provides Notary services as a Notary Public and Commissioner of Oath.

 

Parm graduated and received his Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Gonzaga University School of Law in Washington State.  Parm has been admitted to the Bar in the Province of British Columbia and previously been admitted for practice in front of the Kalispel Tribal Court in Washington State working with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians.  Parm has appeared in court and at tribunals throughout British Columbia and Washington State representing the interests of his clients.

 

Parm is fluent in both English and Punjabi.
